Reviews  By Michael from Peabody, Ma Posted Apr 23, 2009 I have never been treated so rudely by a company before. I simply wanted a confirmation sent to me. When it hadn't arrived after 21 hours, I called to ask why. I was rudey told "it's in the pile". When I asked when I could expect it, I was told " when I get to it". I then asked if I could give an alternate email so I could receive it in the next couple of hours, and was hung up on. I then called back and asked to speak to the manager/owner. Apparently this is the person that I was speaking to before. I opted to do my business elsewhere. Perhaps they cannot handle the business they have in a timely fashion. This is not my idea of good customer service, especially in this economy. Share Your Review |
